Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Mainland China and international markets to identify potential capital opportunities.
• Provide financing recommendations, track project progress, and ensure the achievement of financing objectives while maximizing project returns.
• Participate in due diligence, risk assessment, and decision-making process of projects of the Company.
• Prepare research reports to provide systematic decision-making support for seniors.
• Actively expand Mainland China markets by establishing and maintaining stable partnerships with financial institutions and investors, introducing capital collaboration opportunities and business partners, and sourcing high-quality projects.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Investment, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financing analysis or relevant work, with a proven track record in successful financing or M&A transactions preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of financial market capital operations and hands-on experience in financing and project execution.
• Keen market insight into Mainland China's market with the ability to assess capital market trends and opportunities accurately.
• Responsible for uncovering and connecting with more high-quality financing resources in the mainland. Candidates must be well-versed in Mainland China's capital market trends, regulatory policies, and industry developments. Candidates with established networks, project resources, or industry connections in Mainland China are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Native proficiency in Chinese and fluency in English as a working language, with adaptability to international work environments.
